From September 2008, you can choose to have the Tasting Course (15,750Yen)
or order by a la carte if you call us on the day. The seating must be after 9:30PM
for on-the-day reservation and it is subject to availability.
All advanced reservation will be either two choices from above.

The details of all course menu changes every day based on Seiji Yamamoto's inspiration.
Please use this list as a rough guide as number of dish as well as the order may change.
Even though the description above has same name, the actual dish vary from each course.
For example, the content of Hot Soup, Sashimi Plate, or Dessert 1 are all different with
either course so please check with our staff when you make a reservation.

Please make sure to inform us in advance if you have food allergy or particular ingredients
that you prefer to avoid. Seiji will be happy to arrange the dishes for you.
