Reservations
Reservations for the following two months will be available from the 1st of the current month.
We apologize that we cannot take any reservations over three months after booking in advance.
e.g. Starts from 1st April noon, we take reservations till the end of June.
Starts from 1st May noon, we take reservations till the end of July.
We will have your contact number to call back prior to your reservation date.
We will inform you the date of our call back at your reservation.
If seats are available, we will be more than happy to welcome you even on the same day. So please, don't hesitate to contact us.
(Same day reservation call will be available by 19:00. Last entry 19:30.)
Reservation call will be available between 12:00 to 17:00.
Please contact us in advance when you coming late more than 15 minutes.
Made on the day of reservation will be charged 70,000yen per person,which is same price the course.
In the case of your group number decreases, we will charge decreased number x 70,000yen of cancellation fee.
Your reservation has deemed to completed with acknowledge of our cancellation policy in advance.
In the case there is an increase of your group member, please contact us in advance. There may be no seat in our limited room.
We will prepare a message card for birthday or anniversary use. If you have a surprise present or any other plans, please inform us in advance. We do not serve any cake. (Bring your own cake is not acceptable.)
RyuGin is a Japanese restaurant. We prepare dishes for customer to enjoy "seafood" boasted by Japan. It is a presence of RyuGin as a restaurant, and we proudly serve it as a Japanese “cuisine” to whom visit us from all over the world.
It is our sincere requests in below for us to achieve our standing position. If one of those is applicable in your party, we are unable to accept your reservation. We would like to acknowledge it in advance, thank you.
- ・We are unable to serve customers who cannot take fish or any seafood (crustaceans such as prawns, shrimps, crabs, shellfish, sea urchin, squids, octopus, hard roe, soft roe, kelp, dried bonito, all other inhabitants in the sea), or unfavorable. *Not only raw but cooked.
*We will not serve either fresh or cooked oyster at all. - ・Those who appeal extremely sensitive allergies to food, beside from unfavorable.
(We are unable to take any reservation from who appeal food allergies. The reason is that even if allergic symptoms appear during dinner by any chance, restaurant staff will not take any responsibility for the customer's health.
We do not have the perfect medical knowledge that we can judge quickly against allergic symptoms and take appropriate countermeasures promptly. There are also no medical facilities in RyuGin.
We are dealing with many ingredients to produce dishes from the kitchen. Even if we remove the ingredients from the menu, just a few possibilities won’t be denied.
This is the reason we are unable to accept reservation who appeal allergic first with considered the health and the safety of our customers.

- ･ can not take any vegetables or most of vegetables.
- ･ do not take fish, only take meat.
- ･ only take Vegetarian meals.
- ･ can not take any dried bonito flakes, kelp or seafood based stock.
- ･ is bean, wheat or gluten allergies. Allergic to trace amount of "Soy sauce" or “Miso paste".
- ･ has a member in the group with the information above .
We are unable to provide responsible meals to the customer who asked such requests, therefore we cannot take their reservations.

7th floor elevator hall (right in front of RyuGin entrance) is not allowed to use as a meeting point. We have meeting room in the restaurant for customers who do not like to meet in the dining room. A cute and lovely RyuGin mascot will welcome you.
Our famous “Roppongi Pudding (Custard)” is available as a souvenir at the restaurant. This popular custard will be sold out early. Booking is recommended if you like to have a large number.
Just purchasing the souvenir is available, please feel free to come into the restaurant.
Sales time: 17:30 to 23:00.
Early time pick up is also available by advanced booking, we will inform you a meeting point in the Midtown Hibiya due to the elevator not stopping at the 7th floor before 17:00.
We won’t ship products, pick up only.
